Always look for safer, non-toxic, environmentally alternative options when applicable. (i.e. low-VOC content for aerosols and other fume producing materials, using glue gun instead of epoxy for light work). Also, think of alternative options when faced with a resource problem (instead of glue… using clay, tying things together with string or wire, etc.).
